| 摘 要： | 水资源的可持续开发利用是可持续发展的一个重要组成部分，在我国农牧业基地，缺水问题是制约农牧业发展的“瓶颈”。文中提出了一种新的决策方法来评价农牧业基地水资源的可持续开发利用程度，对于指导农业基地水资源的合理开发与利用提供了新的研究思路与方法。

| Abstract: | Water resources sustainable development and utilization is an important part of sustainable development, and in the capaciously agricultural and stock raising base of China, the problem of water shortage is a"bottleneck"factor to restrict the development of agriculture and stock raising. This paper put forward a new decision method to assess the degree sustainable development and utilization of water resources in the agricultural and stock raising base, which can also provide a new researching method to guide the water resources rational development and utilization in agricultural and stock raising base. |
