机械密封变形的研究

摘    要:对机械密封环的各种变形形式进行了分析和评价,提出了机械密封设计的平行面原则.研究认为,影响机械密封热变形和压力变形的主要因素有密封环的材料、结构和使用条件.对这些影响因素进行控制可使变形得到协调.密封特性协调的方法有两种:一是每个环的热变形和压力变形相抵销,二是动环的变形与静环的变形协调.热变形和压力变形都可以从正值变化到负值.

Abstract:The deformation shapes of the mechanical face seal are analyzed. The principle of parallel seal face for mechanical face seal design is presented. The factors affecting the thermal deformation and the mechanical deformation of the seal rings include the material, structure of seal ring and working condition. A proper choice of the factors can reduce the deformation. There are two methods for improving the behavior of seal ring. (1) to make a counteraction of thermal deformation with mechanical deformation for each ring: (2) to make the deformation of the seat compatble with the deformation of the seal ring . Both thermal and mechanical deformations can change from negative to positive value.
