| 摘 要： | 通过对教学实践中所运用的零散的、不系统的限制性教学手段总结、概括与补充，创建一种新的教学法——限制性教学法，并在高校排球正面扣球技术教学中进行实验研究，结果表明正面扣球限制性教学法的教学效果优于传统教学法.

| Abstract: | This essay summarizes and epurates the scattered unsystematic restrictive method in teaching practice, brings forward a new teaching method,the restrictive teaching method.With the new method, an experimental study on frontal shot of volleyball is made in universities.The results show that the restrictive teaching method is better than the traditional one. |
