锑球铁的机械性能与抗汽蚀性能关系的研究

摘    要:本文主要探讨了锑球铁的机械性能与抗汽蚀性间的关系,认为锑球铁的抗汽蚀性与抗拉和抗弯强度有较好的对应关系。研究了Sb的加入引起球铁共晶过程及共析过程发生变化,以及加入Sb后产生的蠕墨现象,认为Sb提高球铁机械性能和抗汽蚀的原因主要是Sb细化了共晶团,细化和增加了珠光体含量,并有效地消除了牛眼状铁素体,降低了汽蚀裂纹的萌生数目和扩展自由程。

Abstract:The relationship of mechanical properties and cavitation resistance of nodular cast iron containing antimony is studied in this paper. The values of tensile strength and bending strength is positively related with cavitation resistance of the iron. The changes of eutectic solidification and eutectoid process and the appearing of vermicular graphite after addition of Sb are also investigated. It is pointed out that the improvement of mechanical prop- erties and cavitation resistance is resulted by the fining of eutectic cells,fining and increasing of pearlitic structure,elimination of bulls eye ferrite.and decreasing of the numbers of cavitation cracks and their propagation distance due to the addition of Sb.
