| 摘 要： | 第一次证明了圆外亚纯函数的Nevanlinna型第二基本定理、Picard型定理等，并意外发现关于平面中亚纯函数的Picard例外值和Nevanlinna例外值的结论对圆外亚纯函数也成立。

| Abstract: | The Nevanlinna type second fundamental theorem and Picard type theorem etc. of meromorphic functions in the exterior of a circle are proved for the first time. It is discovered unexpectedly that the conclusions of Picard s exceptional value and Nevanlinna s exceptional value still hold for the meromorphic functions in the exterior of a circle. |
