| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、文献资料法等对后亚运时代我国大型体育场馆运营现状进行分析。指出我国大型体育场馆经营制约因素:管理体制存在问题、建设和设计存在问题、缺乏政策的支持、人才队伍匮乏,运营存在问题。认为:理顺管理体制创新管理模式,合理规划建设并制定优惠政策、改革人事制度、加强场馆的多功能综合开发、树立营销理念开发无形资产是后亚运时代我国大型体育场馆发展的出路。

| Abstract: | By the questionnaire survey,literature and other,the article analyzed the management situation of large stadiums in china.It pointed management system problem,construction and design problems,the lack of policy support and qualified personnel,operational problems.and considers that large sports stadium development path is improving the management structure and innovation management,rational planning and construction,and preferential policies to strengthen the comprehensive development of multi-purpose venue,reforming the personnel system and establishing a marketing concept developed intangible assets. |
