摘    要:目的:研究学校体育锻炼中,不同锻炼情境对大学生心理压力的影响,以及通过大学生心理压力现状及其预测指标在不同锻炼情境下的变化规律,来进一步验证大学生体育锻炼与心理压力相关的心理因素。方法:采用《中国大学生心理应激量表》(CCSPSS)和《体育锻炼感觉量表》(Exercise-InducedFeeling Inventory)对参加实验的160名大学生心理压力及体育锻炼感觉进行测量,对实验数据进行分析。结果表明:1)体育锻炼对大学生体育锻炼感觉等心理效益有良好的作用,而在任务目标气氛下的效果更佳;2)两种不同体育锻炼情境,可以更有效地降低心理压力水平,而且在任务目标气氛的锻炼情境中效果更好;3)持续不同时间的身体锻炼对体育锻炼感觉和心理压力各维度影响不同,锻炼12周对体育锻炼感觉和心理压力的积极效果优于6周。结论:中等强度下"不同锻炼情境"体育教学模式对大学生心理压力各维度的影响不同。

Abstract:Objective: This study was carried out to investigate the effects of undergraduate psychological pressure by different types of physical exercise situations,and to study the status quo of undergraduate psychological pressure,the variation laws of predicting indexes under different types of physical exercise situations,to further test and verify the relationship of university students’ exercise and psychological pressure.Methods:We made an experiment to measure college students’ psychological stress and sense of physical exercise.160 students participated in the experiment in which we used two scales named the "Chinese college students’ psychological stress scale"(CCSPSS) and the "Exercise-Induced Feeling Inventory" to analysis the experimental data.The results showed that: 1) physical exercise training has a good effect on college students’ sports feeling and psychological stress,and the training scenario in atmosphere of mission objectives works better;2) two different training scenarios can more effectively reduce the level of psychological stress;and the training scenario in atmosphere of mission objectives works better;3) different duration of physical exercise has different effects on sports feelings and psychological stress of each dimension,12 weeks of exercise training works better than that of 6weeks.Conclusion: Moderate PE teaching of "different training scenarios" has different effects on the dimensions of psychological stress.
