仓库容量有限时考虑产品缺陷的EPQ模型

研究了仓库容量有限情况下考虑产品缺陷的经济生产批量问题。分别在缺陷产品随时处理而不存入仓库以及缺陷产品先储存起来、待本批产品检验完毕后一次性处理两种情况下 ,根据一个生产周期内包括生产费用、调整准备费用、储存保管费用和缺货损失费用、检验费用、缺陷产品处理费用在内的期望总费用最低时对应的生产批量为经济生产批量的原理 ,利用拉格朗日乘数法求得经济生产批量、经济生产周期以及存入仓库的合格产品数量。导出的考虑产品缺陷的经济生产批量模型是经济生产批量模型的一般形式 ,具有更广泛的应用范围

EPQ model for items with imperfect quality under limited capacity of storehouse

The problem of the economic production quantity (EPQ) with imperfect quality under limited capacity of storehouse is studied. Unedr the two circumstances of imperfect products, being disposed in time without being kept in storehouse, and imperfect products, being kept in storehouse firstly and then being disposed at one time after testing the whole batch of products, the economic production quantity and economic production period as well as the quantity of perfect products are deducted out by using Lagrange method according to the principle of the expected expenses of the mininum which includes production expense, the setup expense, the storehouse expense, the stock shortage expense, the examination expense and the disposal expense of imperfect products. The economic production quantity model for items with imperfect quality under limited capacity of storehouse which is carride out in this paper is in the general form. Therefore it is applicable in more situations.
