可降解热塑性木粉制备及其热流动性研究

摘    要:在相转移催化剂的作用下,通过苄基化改性木粉,制备出具有可降解热塑性新型材料。相转移催化剂(PTC)对产物的增重率(WGR)和熔融指数(MI)的影响结果表明:四乙基碘化铵的催化效果较好;在冰冻碱化条件下,由于氢键作用,所制备的热塑性木粉的增重率会更高;通过测定熔融指数发现,所制备的苄基化木粉的热塑性优劣不仅与增重率有关,还与所采用相转移催化剂、溶胀冰冻碱化等反应条件有关系。

Abstract:A novel degradable and thermoplastic material was prepared by benzylation of wood powder in the presence of phase transfer catalyst(PTC).Effects of different PTCs on weight gain rate(WGR) and melt index(MI) of thermoplastic wood were discussed.The results showed that tetraethyl ammonium iodide was better catalyst and weight gain rate of basification treated with frost was higher than that without frost due to the interaction of hydrogen band.The effect of thermoplasticity of benzylated wood was not only correlate to WGR on the basis of testing MI,it was also relation to phase transfer catalyst.
