螯合物分解法制备ZnO微粉

摘    要:利用螯合物分解法制备了ZnO微粉,选用的螯合剂有氢氧化铵,乙二胺四乙酸二钠和疏基丙氨酸。实验结果表明,由于Zn-NH3络离子的稳定常数小,所得ZnO粒子直径大,而当络离子的稳定常数适当时可得到纳米级微粉粒子。

Abstract:The zinc oxide powders have been prepared by decomposition of zinc ammine and zinc chelates. The NH 4OH as complexing agent and the ethylene diamine tetra-atomic acid disodium salt, L Cysteine as chelating agent were used. The experimental results show that the nanometre size ZnO powders were obtained when the metal chelates have a medium stability constant.
