热处理工艺对铝硅合金共晶硅粒化的影响

摘    要:以扫描电镜为主要手段研究了Sr变质的共晶硅在不同的固溶热处理过程中的形态变化,并对共晶硅粒化中的若干现象及其机理进行了分析与探讨.结果表明,固溶处理温度、保温时间以及由变质状态决定的硅相铸态结构对共晶硅的粒化过程和效果有重要影响,将变质处理与适当的热处理工艺相配合,有利于提高铝硅铸造合金热处理的质量和生产效率.

Abstract:The changes of the morphology of Sr-modified eutectic silicon during different solution heat treatments were investigated by means of SEM. It was found that the granulation effect of Si phase was mainly influenced by the solution temperature and time, and by the cast structures of eutectic silicon as well. Therefore the reasonable combination of the excellent modification with suitable technology of heat treatment can improve the quality and efficiency of heat treatment of Al-Si alloy castings. Some phenomena in the granulation of eutectic silicon and their mechanisms were analyzed.
