用木屑制备羧甲基纤维素

摘    要:研究了以木屑为原料制备羧甲基纤维素.最佳条件为:纤维素(g)∶NaOH(g)∶氯乙酸(g)=1.0∶1.1∶1.2;以85%乙醇为溶剂,碱化温度为30~35℃,时间为60~90min;醚化温度为70℃,时间为150~180min;产品的粘度大于550mPa·s,取代度大于0.65,有效成分大于85%,氯化物小于3%.

Abstract:A method of preparing carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) from bits of wood is reported. Best reaction conditions are as follows: The quality ratio among cellulose and sodium hydroxide and chloroacetic acid is 1.0:1.1:1.2;Alkalization temperature is 30~35℃ for 60~90 min and etherification temperature 70℃ for 150~180 min. with the ethanol(W(C_2H_5OH)=85%) as solvent; Viscosity of CMC is above 550 mpa.s, degree of substitution above 0.65, mass fraction of available composition above 85%,and the content of chloride below 3%.
