| 摘 要： | 任何一部法律所调整的社会关系都会与有关法律所调整的社会关系相交叉或部分重叠，《物权法》也不例外。比较《物权法》与有关法律对所调整的社会关系相交叉或重叠部分的不同规定，有利于我们正确理解和灵活运用这些法律，更好地维护社会主义市场经济秩序，保护当事人的合法权益。

| Abstract: | Social relations adjusted by any one law intersect or partly overlap those adjusted by relevant laws,Property law is no exception.Comparison of the different regulations of overlap of Property Law and the relevant laws on the adjustment of social relations helps us correctly understand and flexibly apply these laws,better safeguard the socialist market economic order and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties. |
