摘    要:刮板输送机随着煤壁的截割,会在支架的推移下,向煤壁方向推进。在推进的过程中,其推移阻力也会受弯曲长度、溜槽长度、推移步距、推移支架结构、底板状况、链条张力等诸多因素的影响。为保证其正常工作,探讨了刮板输送机溜槽推移时横向弯曲形成的过程,以及弯曲段沿输送机纵向移动过程,并建立了其弯曲段力学计算模型,给出了其最小弯曲段溜槽数、沿输送机直段方向长度和弯曲段方向长度计算公式,为输送机推移的力学计算奠定了基础。

Abstract:Along with the coal cutting operation, AFC moves to coal wall, acted by the stent. In advance, the forwarding resistance tends to be subjected to such factors as the length of the bend, the length of the chute, step of over and stent structure, floor conditions, and the chain tension. The attempt to ensure its normal work entails the investigation into the lateral bending process of scraper conveyor as the chute moving, and the longitudinal bending process as stent lateral moving and the development of the mechanical calculation model of the bending section, which gives the minimum bend paragraph chute, and the calculation formula of straight length and bending length along the direction of convey. The Calculation model research lays the foundation for the mechanical conveyor calculation.
