摘    要:报告了用乳液聚合方法对碳酸钙粒子实施聚苯乙烯包覆,分别采用3种粒子为核:裸露的碳酸钙粒子、以聚乙烯醇处理的碳酸钙粒子、磷酸单辛酯处理的碳酸钙粒子。探讨了影响包覆的因素,并对聚合中存在的问题作了初步分析。实验结果表明,使用磷酸单辛酯(ODHP)预处理的Ca-CO3,并施以连续加料,克服了反应中的结块现象,得到的复合物胶粒表面上的聚苯乙烯乳胶粒较少,包覆完全,是一种可行的复合方法。

Abstract:A study of the encapsulation of composite polystyrene with calcium carbonate powders as the core has been performed.The bare calcium carbonate and the calcium carbonate pretreated by polyvinyl alcohol,octyl dihydrogenphosphate were used as the cores of the composite respectively.The factors influencing encapsulation were investigated,and the existing problems were analysed.The results make clear that the composite method with the calcium carbonate pretreated by octyl dihydrogenphosphate as the cores,monomer fed in continuously,can avoid the agglomeration phenomenon in reaction,and the satisfactory calcium carbonate polystyrene composite latices were obtained.
