25吨铝液混合炉数字温度控制器的设计

摘    要:阐述了青铝公司25吨铝液混合炉温度控制器系统设计要求和工作原理及计算机温度控制器的硬件、软件设计内容。主要采用程序对加热过程的升、降温速率和保温时间严格控制的面板式基础级控制器,将温度变送、显示和数字控制集一体,用软件实现程序升、降温,选用PID闭环控制数字程序控制仪表。

Abstract:The paper introduces the structural principle and demands for the design of temperature control system of 25 tons aluminum liquid mixed furnace in Qinghai Aluminum Business Corporation,explains the design contains of hardware/software in computer temperature controller.The elementary table controller integrated transformer display and numerical control in which the up/down rate in temperature and soaking is controlled accuratly by the program,and the numerical control meter with closed circuit of PID are ulilized together in the system.
