数控气动弹琴实验系统设计

摘    要:在分析了MIDI格式数字音乐数据存储结构特点的基础上,研制了一套以微机为控制核心,结合控制软、硬件实现对MIDI格式的数字音乐解码、控制信号编码、伺服控制、气路的控制,从而完成对电子琴弹奏的实验教学系统。该实验系统在高校气动控制技术、数控技术、微机控制技术和软件工程等多门课程中应用,取得了良好效果。另外该系统也可以在娱乐场所使用。

Abstract:An experiment teaching system is developed so that an electronic organ can be played through analy zing characteristics of MIDI format numerical music data memory structure.PC is taken as the control core to realize the control of MIDI format numerical music decoding,signal coding,servo-control,pneumatic pipeline,with controlling software and hardware.The experiment system is not only applied in many college courses such as Gas Control Technology,Numerical Control Technology,PC Control Technology and Software Engineering,but also used at in entertainment.
