张掖市统筹土地利用分区研究

摘    要:土地分区是实现统筹区域土地利用的重要手段,利用主成分分析法对张掖市各乡镇的土地利用程度进行综合评价,采用空间聚类法进行综合分区,利用GIS空间分析方法进行管制分区,将张掖市划分为4个土地利用区和7个管制区。在此基础上,提出各分区内土地利用方的方向、战略对策和管制措施,为区域土地利用规划、生态环境保护与建设规划的编制提供科学依据。图5,表2,参5。

Abstract:Overall planning of land use division is the key content of general land use planning revision.The regional Land use divisional comprehensive evaluation index system was built up by selecting 18 indexes from the following six fields of regional land use: economic development, social development,environment, land utilization situation and benefit.Comprehensive evaluation of land use extent taking towns as units in Zhangye City was made by using principal component analysis. Combined with clustering analysis, Zhangye City is divided into 4 land-use zones, and some countermeasures and advices for land-use strategy and policy were put forward. Furthermore, based on land suitability evaluation, Zhangye City was divided into 7 regulation zones using CIS spatial analysis,combined with data of DEM,slope,soil,temperature and precipitation, and the regulation measures were suggested for land utilizations in various zones.This study can provide scientific basis for regional land use planning, eco-environment protection and construction planning.
