摘    要:提出用通用砂轮数控磨削回转刀具的刀位轨迹定义及其约束条件,在此基础上确立了刀位轨迹的生成原理和计算方法,并以零前角滚刀前刀面的数控磨削为例,详细讨论了干涉分析、干涉处理及刀具截形检验的方法和原理.

Abstract:The definition and constraint condition of the tool path for CNC grinding of rotary cutting tools with general abrasive wheel are presented. The principle of tool path generation and the method of calculation are established accordingly. The methods and principle for interference analysis, interference treatment and cross section inspection of cutting tools are discussed in detail with the CNC grinding of zero front angle hobbing of front cutter surface as an example.
