| 摘 要： | 根据DEA模型将影响经济增长的因素分解为3部分:软技术进步、硬技术进步和投入增长,并导出了它们的计算公式,同时进一步通过1991~2007年各省的投入产出数据确定出前沿生产函数后,测算出了软硬技术进步对天津市经济增长的贡献,其结果与实际情况相符.

| Abstract: | According to the DEA model,the paper makes the factors which affect the economic growth divided into soft technological progresses,hard technological progresses,and intensive growth,and derives their formulas for calculating At the same time,through the years 1990-2007 in the provinces of data,the paper determines the forefront of the production function,then estimates the hard and soft technologies contributed to Tianjin's economic growth,which is in line with the actual situation. |
