聚氯乙烯断口分析及其断裂机制

摘    要:本文对PVC在拉伸、弯曲、冲击载荷作用下的断口形貌特征进行了观察分析。在此基础上探讨了PVC的断裂过程及机制。结果表明:裂纹萌生是由较大的第二相颗粒引起的,放射扩展区内的放射花样收敛处指示着裂纹源。PVC遵循次级裂纹破裂模式时形成微坑形貌。分子链滑移取向后再破裂形成纤维形貌,脆性断裂形成岩石状花样。

Abstract:In the present paper, the fractographic feature of PVC(polyvinyl chloride)material, subjected to tension and bending, and impact load, has been researched by SEM. The result shows that crack initiation is induced by particles of additives or fillers. The fraetographie features are small voids when PVC fracture mechanism is secondary fracture model. The fiber pattern is caused by the molecular chains orienting, when they are ruptured and rocky pattern is formd by brittle fracture.
