不同收获期沿海沙地种植蕉藕的营养成分分析

为确定沿海沙地种植的蕉藕不同收获期各器官营养成分的变化情况,采用国标法对2009年4月9日种植于沿海沙地,分别于10月21日、10月31日、11月8日收获的蕉藕地下根茎和茎叶部分的总糖、粗脂肪、粗蛋白、粗纤维、淀粉、Vc和灰分等成分的含量进行了测定与分析。结果表明:10月31日采收的蕉藕茎叶中总糖、粗纤维、粗蛋白、粗脂肪含量均较高;11月8日采收的蕉藕根茎中淀粉,Vc,总糖,粗脂肪,粗蛋白含量均较高;推迟采收有助于蕉藕根茎的贮藏物质累积。

Nutrition Analysis of the Canna edible in Different Harvest Time from Coastal Sand

In order to determine the nutrition changes in different harvest time from coastal sand,the starch,Vc,total sugar,crude fat,crude protein,crude fiber,and ash of Canna edible were analyzed by using the national standard method.These cannas were planted on April 9,2009 and harvested on October 21,October 31 and November 8.The results showed that：the Canna edible picked on October 31 had relatively high content of total sugar,crude fiber,crude protein and crude fat;the Canna edible picked on November 8 had relatively high content of starch,Vc,total sugar,crude fat and crude protein;These data show that delay of harvesting benefits the accumulation of storage substance of cannas.
