| 摘 要： | 利用问卷调查法对南京森林警察学院警员课后锻炼的目的与内容、活动的频度与时间、活动形式和项目的选择调查分析.结果发现:警察院校学员参与课后体育锻炼的目的性较强;参加体育活动的动机具有集中和针对性;在活动项目的选择上主要以体能、力量和跑步等与警察体能密切相关的项目;在课后体育锻炼中多以身体锻炼为目的,运动负荷较大,低年级锻炼为警察院校课后体育锻炼人群主体,高年级属于人群中少数.
