| 摘 要： | 屯留县农村居民点用地的基本情况是人均农村居民点用地面积大,人均农村居民点用地超大的行政村多.农村居民点用地整治的有利因素有四点,一是自然村多、无人自然村多;二是在农村居民点用地建筑中土坯房、土窑洞等土质建筑多、空闲建筑多;三是黄土广泛覆盖;四是农村人口萎缩是农村居民点用地整治的有利因素.农村居民点用地整治的障碍因素有四点,一是农村宅基地私有观念;二是剩余人口安置难;三是村庄内部林地政策;四是资金不足.
