| 摘 要： | 新产品开发是企业保持强劲竞争优势的重要手段,新产品开发的成功与否往往关系到企业的成败.然而,统计表明,新产品开发的失败率却很高.为降低开发风险,提高成功率,可考虑通过选择最佳的产品项目来实现.为确定最佳产品项目,我们尝试建立了评价指标体系,并引进模糊综合评判方法进行评价.

| Abstract: | New product development is a main method to obtain great competitive advantage for an enterprise. Successful or not, it is connected with the enterprises' prospects. However, the statistical data show that the failure rate is very high in new product development. In order to reduce development risk and raise success rate in effort, an evaluation system is built and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is implemented. |
