| 摘 要： | 通过对省内几所高职院校的先进党支部在组织建设、党员教育、党员管理、党内生活和党员发展等各方面开展的实践进行梳理和总结,认为高职院校党支部建设必须要从出信仰教育、目标管理、健全制度和突破创新几个方面入手,发挥其党支部的创造力、凝聚力和战斗力。

| Abstract: | Through the summaries on the practice of Advanced Party Branch in Vocational Colleges in development of organization construction, education on Party members, Party members and Party life management and development, it is concluded that the development of Party Branch at Vocational Colleges should be based on belief education, target management, the establishment of Party ＇ s regulations and continuous innovation to enhance the creativity, strengthen cohesion and combat effectiveness of Party Branches. |
