| 摘 要： | 以洛阳理工学院工科类卓越工程师的培养为范例,分析了学校卓越工程师培养过程中的做法,并探讨了其不足之处,提出了从培养目标、培养方案、培养模式三个方面入手进行改进,以进一步提高学生的工程实践和创新能力,改进卓越工程师的培养质量,为我国的经济转型升级提供高素质的工程人才。

| Abstract: | Taking the cultivation of outstanding engineers in engineering professional in Luoyang Institute of Technology as an example,the practice of training is analyzed and its shortcomings is discussed. It is suggested that the training mode in the aspects of training target,training plan,and training mode be improved,to further improve the students ＇ engineering practice and innovation ability and improve the quality of outstanding engineers for China＇ s economic transformation and upgrading. |
