| 摘 要： | 作为一种特色的育人模式,产学合作教育通过安排学生到生产一线顶岗实习,培养学生较强的分析问题和解决问题能力,从而达到全面提高大学生综合素质的目的。研究分析高校产学合作教育过程中出现的问题,进而探索相对应的解决措施,提供理论上的支持,有助于高校产学合作教育的顺利开展和高素质综合型人才的培养。

| Abstract: | As a unique educational mode,the production and education cooperation cultivate the ability of the students to analyze and to solve problems by arranging students to the front line of production person-nel work,in order to improve the college students＇comprehensive qualities.The paper analyzes the prob-lems encountered during the production and education cooperation,and further explores the corresponding measures and provide theoretical support to help the production and education cooperation running smooth-ly in colleges.And it also helps training high-quality comprehensive talents. |
