高职毕业生职业价值观与大五人格的关系研究

摘    要:为探讨职业价值观与大五人格的关系,使用大学生职业价值观问卷和大五人格简式量表进行施测。结果表明:高职毕业生最重视的职业价值观是职业前景和成就实现,对兴趣性格与工作的匹配度关注最低;职业价值观与大五人格存在显著的相关关系;外倾性、责任心对职业价值观有显著的正向预测作用,宜人性对职业价值观有显著的负向预测作用。

Research on the relationship between vocational values and Five-Factor Personal ity of vocational col lege graduates

Abstract:The paper measured and discussed the relationship between vocational college graduates’voca-tional values and Five-Factor Personality.The questionnaire of college students’work values and NEO five-factor inventory were used.The results showed that the most important factor was vocational perspec-tive,then was achievement.However,minimal attention was paid to interest and character.In addition, vocational values were significantly related to Five-Factor Personality.Furthermore,extroversion and re-sponsibility could significantly and positively predict vocational values.In addition,agreeableness could significantly and negatively predict vocational values.
