基于网络的自来水公司客户服务平台的设计与实现

摘    要:设计了基于网络的自来水公司客户服务平台。与小灵呼联用,实现了对自来水客服系统的联网。客服平台服务器使用MySQL数据库,小灵呼服务器使用MSSQL数据库,水费查询利用原有的计费数据库(MS SQL),使用开源的第三方数据库框架ADODB进行数据库间的连接。

Abstract:The customer service platform of the water supply company was designed based on the network. The system was networked with the little call center. The database MySQL was used for the customer service platform, the MSSQL was for the little call center and the original billing database server MSSQL was used for the waterrate inquiry. The open source framework ADODB was used to connect the database.
