| 摘 要： | 期刊编辑素质是期刊编辑丁作者在期刊编辑、出版过程中所表现出来的直接决定出版质量并对社会文化和科技积累、科技与社会发展直接影响和显著效果的心理品质的总和，在信息社会，科技期刊编辑素质的高低将会直接影响科技期刊编辑与出版的质量．从信息时代科技期刊编辑的素质内涵及其构成分析入手，在探讨科技期刊编辑的信息意识、法律意识、创新精神、人文素养和团队精神的基础上，研究科技期刊编辑的素质形成过程和机制问题．

| Abstract: | The scientific and technological periodicals editors must constantly cultivate their qualities to adapt to the development of science and technology in information age. This paper discusses information competence, legal competence, innovation competence, humanistic competence and team competence which the editors need, and gives some measures to improve and optimize the qualities of editors. |
