| 摘 要： | 文章通过对目前国际金融体系现状的分析,得出真正意义上的管理浮动汇率制度是符合我国利益的最佳汇率制度选择。这不仅使我们能够维护国内金融的稳定,同时也能分享到金融全球化所带来的好处。那种要求人民币大幅升值、甚至贬值的观点是不切实际的、而且会产生严重的后果。沿着既定的汇率制度所安排的“渐进式”路径,根据国际金融体系发展的趋势,逐步改变人民币的汇率水平,完善汇率形成机制,并最终实现人民币的完全可自由兑换。这将是一个“帕累托改进”的过程。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the current state,we conclude that the truly managed floating exchange regime is the best selection for china.It can not only safeguard the domestic financial stability,but also share the benefits involved in the finance globalization.Those attitudes that compel RMB appreciate and depreciate are not feasible,even suffer severe consequences.we should develop along the 'gradual' path arranged by the exchange regime.In this progress,according to the great momentum of the international financial regime innovation,we can gradually change our foreign exchange rate and its forming system.It will be the process of "pareto efficiency improvement". |
