摘    要:
建立和研究带有变异和类年龄结构的两菌株传染病模型,得到了两菌株相对应的基本再生数的表达式,给出了无病平衡点、各菌株占优的平衡点以及共存平衡点的存在性条件.证明了无病平衡点的全局稳定性和各菌株占优平衡点的局部渐近稳定性.

Abstract:
A two-strain epidemic model with age of infection and mutation is formulated.Two basic reproductive numbers corresponding to two strains are obtained.The existence conditions of strain dominated equilibria and coexistence equilibrium are given.The globally asymptotical stability of the strain-free equilibrium and the locally asymptotical stabilities of the strain dominated equilibria are proved.
