二氧化碳甲烷化催化剂制备方法的研究

摘    要:采用浸渍法和并流共沉淀法制备含Ni量不同的Ni/ZrO2催化剂,研究了它们在二氧化碳甲烷化反应中的催化性能,结果表明,共沉淀法制备的高Ni催化剂具有良好的催化性能,在较温和的条件(T=573K,P=0.1MPa,GHSV=12000h^-1)下,C02的转化率达99.7%,CH4的选择性达100%,Ni与ZrO2的相互作用对催化活性有很强的影响,Ni的含量和CO2吸附程度决定了甲烷化反应活性,催化剂作用下活化能的大小与活性变化规律相符。

Abstract:The catalysts Ni/ZrO 2 were prepared by impregnation and coprecipitation method. The catalytic methanation of carbon dioxide was performed in a fixed-bed reactor to test the behavior of Ni/ZrO 2 catalyst during the reaction. The results indicate that the catalyst with high nickel content prepared by coprecipitation method was an active one. CO 2 conversion of 99.7% and selectivity of 100% were obtained under the condition of GHSV=12000 h -1 P=0.1 MPa and T=573 K. The electronic interaction between metal and support support-metal strong interaction (SMSI)] play very important roles in the catalytic activity. Methanation activity is dependent on the nickel content and the degree of CO 2 adsorption at the reaction considered.
