红外热成像系统噪声等效温差测试研究

摘    要:噪声等效温差是红外热成像系统主要性能参数之一.主要对空间噪声等效温差进行研究,并对时间噪声等效温差和空间噪声等效温差的测试结果进行分析比较.通过对噪声等效温差的大量测量、数据分析,得出了空间噪声等效温差对红外热成像系统性能评价的重要性,提出测试建议.

Abstract:The Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference(NETD)is a main function parameter of infrared imaging systems.This text mainly analyzed Spatial Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference(S-NETD),and compared the results of Temporal Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference(T-NETD)and S-NETD.Based on the measurement and data analysis of ETD,this paper suggested the great influence of spatial-NETD on the evaluation of infrared imaging system.A suggestion of measurement was proposed.
