肺纤维化细胞因子参与机制及中药治疗研究进展

肺纤维化是一种难治性、高致病率且病因尚未明确的慢性弥漫性肺间质炎症性疾病.目前,肺纤维化发病机制尚不明确,越来越多的研究发现:其是由多种细胞因子通过多条信号通路进行调控的过程.因肺纤维化缺乏有效的治疗手段,故其死亡率也在逐年增高,中药治疗肺纤维化已成为医学相关领域的研究热点.本文就近年来参与肺纤维化发病机制的细胞因子以及中药治疗研究进行综述.

Cytokine Mechanism Involved in Pulmonary Fibrosis and Research Progress of Its Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Pulmonary fibrosis is a kind of chronic diffuse interstitial lung inflammatory disease that is intractable, with a high incidence of disease. At present,the pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis is not clear,and more and more studies have found that it is a process of regulation by a variety of cytokines through a number of signaling pathways. Due to the lack of effective treatment for pulmonary fibrosis, the mortality rate is increasing year by year. The research of treatment of pulmonary fibrosis with traditional Chinese medicine has become a hot spot. Recent studies on the pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis about cytokines and the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine are reviewed.
