摘    要:目的 考察当前不同地区市售川贝母的质量情况.方法 应用川贝母PCR检测试剂盒法和药典法对3个城市24批商品川贝母样品进行鉴定.结果 在24批商品川贝母样品中检出18批伪品,6批正品,合格率仅为25%;且试剂盒法与药典法的鉴定结果一致.结论 目前市售川贝母质量状况不容乐观;DNA指纹鉴定方法简单易行,该结果也为我国中药材川贝母的进一步质量控制提供依据.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the quality of Unibract Fritillary Bulb in different regions. Method The 24 samples of Unibract Fritillary Bulb from 3 cities of China were identified by PCR kit assay and Pharmacopoeia method. Results In the 24 batch of samples of Unibract Fritillary Bulb,there are 18 batch of counterfeit products and 6 batch of genuine,with the pass rate of 25%. In addition,the identification results of the kit assay and the Pharmacopoeia method were the same. Conclusion At present,the quality of commercially available Unibract Fritillary Bulb is not optimistic. The DNA fingerprint identification method is simple and feasible, therefore,the results provide a basis for the further quality control of Chinese herbal medicine.
