摘    要:针对三相异步电动机传统节能控制技术难以保证系统达到最小能耗的问题,提出最小能耗自动寻优控制方法,通过试验验证该方法的可靠性和有效性.结果表明:三相异步电动机的节能率达到20.5%,提高了节能控制效率.研究结果可为三相异步电机的状态评估和节能效益分析提供依据.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the traditional energy-saving control technology of three-phase asynchronous motor is difficult to guarantee the minimum energy consumption. The method of minimum energy consumption automatic optimization control is presented,and the reliability and validity of this method are proved by experiments. The results show that the energy efficiency of the three-phase asynchronous motor has reached 20. 5%,and the efficiency of energy saving control is improved. The results can provide reference for the analysis of the state assessment and energy conservation benefit of three-phase asynchronous motor.
