摘    要:目的分析影响宫腔内人工授精(IUI)妊娠率的相关因素.方法对行IUI治疗的87对不孕夫妇共152周期的临床资料进行分析.根据女方年龄、不孕原因、是否促排、精液处理后的前向运动精子总数(PTMS)分组,分析这些因素和IUI妊娠率的相关性.结果 152周期宫腔内人工授精临床妊娠率为13.8%.35~40岁组和40岁组与30岁组和30~34岁组比较临床妊娠率有下降的趋势;排卵障碍IUI妊娠率高于男方因素、宫颈因素和不明原因不孕;促排周期妊娠率高于自然周期组妊娠率;处理后前向运动精子总数5×106和(5~10)×106的妊娠率较10×106的妊娠率有下降的趋势.结论女方患者的年龄、不孕原因、是否促排、处理后前向运动精子总数均可影响IUI妊娠率.

Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the relevant factors influencing the pregnancy rate after intrauterine insemination (IUI).MethodData of 152 IUI cycles (87 infertile couples) were analyzed.According to female age,infertility cause,ovulation induction protocol,and processed progressive total motile sperm counts (PTMS),the patients were divided into the different groups for the analysis on the correlation of these factors with IUI pregnancy rate.ResultsThe clinical pregnancy rate of 152 IUI cycles was 13.8%.IUI pregnancy rates obviously declined in female age 35~40 group and >40 group.The clinical pregnancy rates of the ovulation dysfunction group was higher than those of other groups.The clinical pregnancy rate of stimulating cycle group was significantly higher than that of natural cycle group(P<0.05).The clinical pregnancy rates of processed progressive total motile sperm counts <5×106 and (5~10)×106 group were lower than those of the group >10×106.ConclusionFemale age,infertile cause,ovulation induction protocol,processed and total motile sperm counts can affect IUI pregnancy rate.
