叠梁纯弯曲正应力的理论与实验分析

摘    要:依据平截面假设,得出不考虑滑移的叠梁纯弯曲时的正应力公式。用AB胶将1根铝质梁和1根钢质梁组成叠梁,进行纯弯曲正应力电测实验。实验表明,叠梁只要上下梁之间粘接牢固,在弯曲变形过程中无相对错动,叠梁可视为整梁,则叠梁在纯弯曲时满足平面假设条件,按整梁计算正应力是可行的。

Abstract:Based on plane cross-section assumption of normal stress distribution on cutting section,a formula is put forward consid-ering tight bonding with no slippage.An aluminum beam and a steel beam is sticked with AB glue to form a stacked beam,then a electric measurement test is designed to study normal stress distribution of cutting section.Test results shows that,with tight bonding between contact surfaces of two beams,the two beams can be considered as a unit beam,and normal stress on the cutting section satisfies plane cross-section assumption.
