哈茨木霉发酵产物对豇豆立枯病的抗生作用

摘    要:为探明木霉发酵产物对植物病害的拮抗机制,用哈茨木霉T2-16菌株发酵产物对豇豆苗期立枯病菌进行了离体抑菌、田间浸种防病试验.结果表明,该发酵产物对病原菌具有抗菌作用,使病菌菌丝原生质浓缩、外渗,菌丝体断裂、消解;经发酵液浸种处理的豇豆幼苗在人工接种立枯病菌后,叶片中过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的活性均增强,立枯病发病率也低于对照,对该病的防效可达75.66%.

Abstract:The fermentation product of Trichoderma harzianum T_(216) has shown the strong antagonistic action against the pathogens of Rhizoctonia solani in solid culture medium.The pathogen hyphal plasma contracted,vacuolated and disrupted .The fermentation product is also applied in cowpea by seed soaking.In fild tests,the treated cowpea seedlings is inoculated with Rhizoctonia solani.The defensive enzyme activities of peroxidase(POD),polyphenol oxidase(PPO) and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL) in cowpea seedling leaf pretreated with the T_(2-16) strain are increased by various level after inoculation with the pathogen.The results also show T_(2-16) treated cowpea seeds reduce the rates of diseased and disease index.The efficiency of resistance to the pathogen is 75.66%.
