摘    要:针对上海焦化总厂年产20万吨甲醇装置,提出了绝热-管壳复合型甲醇合成反应器。应用CO、CO2加氢合成甲醇反应宏观双速率动力学方程,以甲醇和CO2为关键组分,建立了甲醇合成反应器催化床的二维数学模型,用正交配置法求得催化床内各组分摩尔分数和床层温度随轴向和径向的分布。模拟计算了主要操作参数如沸腾水压力和温度、操作压力,对反应器操作性能的影响,讨论了催化剂使用中后期反应器的生产能力。生产操作数据与模型

Abstract:The construction with an adiabatic and tube shell catalytic bed has been proposed for large capacity methanol converter. Two dimensional mathematical model of the converter was developed with hydrogenation of CO and CO 2 as the independent reactions and methanol and CO 2 as the key components, and solved by orthogonal collocation method to obtain axial and radial profiles of temperature and the gaseous concentration in the catalytic bed. The effect of the inlet temperature and the operating pressure on the temperature distribution in the bed and methanol yield was simulated. In the middle and later period the same productivity can be obtained by increasing temperature of boiling water and operating pressure slightly. The predicted values of temperature distribution in the bed and yield was coincident with the practical data very well.
