| 摘 要： | 阐述了我国有关法律法规对图书馆与读者的权利和义务的确定,分析了管理理念、社会进步、市场经济诸因素对双方权利义务划分的影响,提出图书馆与读者之间应彼此尊重对方的权利和义务,共建良好和谐关系。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the rights and duties of the library and the readers determined in our country's relevant laws and regulations,analyzes on the influence of the managerial concept,social progress,market economy and other factors on the partition of the rights and duties of the library and the readers,and points out that the library and the readers should respect the rights and duties of each side,and establish the harmonious relationship commonly. |
