进入知识经济时代以来，必须坚持与时俱进的观点，发展马克思主义劳动价值论。在充分肯定活动是创造价值的唯一源泉的同时，还要高度重视生产要素在价值创造中的重要作用；价值的分配主要由生产要素所有权决定，同时也要考虑生产要素在创造物质财富和商品价值中的贡献；科技工作和经营管理等脑力劳动作为一种复杂劳动能创造更多的商品和价值，相应要给予服力劳动较高的报酬。
