| 摘 要： | 采用PS4.0微机极谱仪的内标分析法用镉做为内标物测定了自来水中的微量铅 ,检测下限0 .2 μg/L ,线性范围 0 .2～ 2 5 0 μg/L ,相对标准偏差为 8.70 % ,回收率为 93.4% .溶出分析条件 :富集电位 - 1 .0V ,富集时间 60s,静化时间 1 0s;净化电位 0V ,扫描速度 2 5 0mV/s .波型为一阶导数 .参考峰铅 - 0 .48V .锌、锰、铜不干扰测量 .

| Abstract: | The trace Pb in tapwater was determined by Cd internal standard polarograph with PS4.0 PC polarograph instrument,The DTD40 model constant temperature digest instrument was used for the beer sample treatment.The determination limit was 0.2 μg/L,line range was 0.2～250 μg/L,RSD was 8.70%,recovery rate was 93.4%.The dissolve analysis condition: enrichment potential -1.0 V,enrichment time 60 s,cleaning time 10 s,cleaning potentia 0 V,scan velocity 250 mV/s.The wave model was one dimensional differential coefficient.Pb reference peak -0.48 V.Zn,Mn and Cu don't disturb the determination.The analysis results was satisfactory. |
