摘    要:为了寻找传输特性更优良的脊波导结构,本文提出了一种新的脊波导。并应用有限元法对这种结构的单脊波导与双脊波导的截止特性及单模带宽作了分析,给出了主模及第一高次模的场结构图。结果表明其截止波长与单模带宽都要远比同尺寸的矩形脊波导大。进一步分析了填充介质的这种脊波导的截止特性,结果表明填充不均匀介质比的截止特性比填充均匀介质的脊波导更好。

Abstract:In this paper,a new waveguide is presented in order to find a new kind of ridge waveguide structure which has better transmission characteristics.The cut-off characteristics and single-mode bandwidth of single ridged waveguides and double ridged waveguides are analyzed by the finite element method.Field patterns of main model and the first higher-order model are presented.The results show that the cut-off wavelength and single-mode bandwidth of the new ridged waveguides are larger than all the same size rec...
