资源型城市循环经济模式研究——以鄂尔多斯市为例

资源型城市由于对自然资源的过度依赖,必然具有产业结构单一、经营粗放、产业布局分散的特点。随着对资源开发程度的进一步加深,加之资源的不可再生性,资源型城市的发展呈现出明显的周期性和阶段性。本文以鄂尔多斯市为例,探讨资源型城市发展投入少、产出多、效益好、污染少的循环经济模式的路径。
