| 摘 要： | 考虑复杂系统中群组决策(或评判)中的不确定性和模糊性，对模糊判断矩阵的构建条件——群组判断的一致性问题进行讨论，进而提出几种群组判断的基本一致性协调方法，并由此构建模糊判断矩阵，给出由模糊判断矩阵导出方案排序权数的方法以及计算例子。

| Abstract: | With regard of the uncertainty and fuzziness situation of the group decision-making in the complex systems, this paper discusses the forming conditions of the fuzzy judgment matrix - consistency problems of group judgment. Based on the discussions, several coordinating techniques for the group judgment are presented, and the fuzzy judgment matrix is (constructed.) Also the method for deriving weights from fuzzy matrix is developed and an example is given for demonstrating our method. |
