| Abstract: | The study reviewed the application of 3D gait analysis technology in classical cross-country skiing in recent years. Through the analysis of constantly changing parameters in the process of skiing, the individualized training program suitable for skiers can be worked out, which can effectively improve the performance in the competition. |
