联合作战背景下的体系效能评估方法

摘    要: 针对复杂作战环境下的体系对抗问题,对联合作战背景下的体系效能评估方法进行了梳理,阐述了联合作战体系效能评估的重要意义。总结了评估方法的研究现状和典型方法,阐明了其优缺点;归纳了现有方法存在的问题及挑战,提出了未来可能的发展方向。

Abstract:The effectiveness evaluation of the joint combat system has important significance. In order to solve the problem of the confrontation effectiveness evaluation of the system-of-systems in the complex combat background, the typical effectiveness evaluation methods are reviewed. The proposed methods can provide a methodological support for the effectiveness evaluation of the operation system-of-systems. Their advantages and disadvantages are illustrated. The problems involved in the existing methods are discussed.
